My Actual Xbox One Launch Day

Some times things don't exactly go as you expect.  For the most part this one did.  There was walking, a lot of walking - the pedometer said over 16.25 miles.

Differences:
* 8:30 AM walk to Wal-Mart for a Play and Charge Kit and Zoo Tycoon.  Yes, I did walk to Wal-Mart and picked up Zoo Tycoon.  I noticed that they were charging $49.00 for Xbox One games.  They didn't have the Play and Charge Kit in stock so I took an ad and went to Target.  Target did have one in stock and I got it price matched (saving me $5.00 off of their price).

- Came back to domicile

* 10:30 AM decided to walk to GameStop to see if they had my pre-order in.  They did.  I cancelled all three of my Day One game preorders and walked back to Wal-Mart with a bunch of money in my pocket (including the new $100 bill).  Picked up Forza 5, Ryse and Dead Rising 3 - saving myself about $35.

* Got back about 1:40 PM, and ate something for lunch.

* Picked up my console pre-order from GameStop at about 4PM

* After that:
- Installed and played Ryse (it is a bit annoying, long install times before you can play)
- Installed Powerstar Golf (but didn't play until today, I suck at putting)
- Installed Dead Rising 3 - I don't really feel that game yet.
- Installed Forza 5 - and played a few races

* Today
- Installed Killer Instinct - I suck at that game
- Installed Zoo Tycoon - I got stuck in a tutorial, I don't know how to "ping maintenance"
- Installed Kinect Sports Rivals Demo - can't figure out how to play it, says there are obstructions, in fact, I'm pretty underwhelmed by the new Kinect so far (missing numerous voice commands and gestures don't seem to work that well yet)
