Skyrim (Xbox 360) - Glitches and Stuff i Don't Like About It

If you've ever played any of the console versions of the Elder Scrolls series (at least on the Xbox 360), you would know that these games tend to be a little buggy at launch.  At least in this game you don't start out in prison (custody - yes, prison - no)

There are several things i like better about Skyrim than its predecessors and some things i like less (but that might be another post).

Glitches so far - about 80 hours in with several left to go)
* Frame rate: there have been periods of time when i was playing where things slow down drastically. We are talking worse than Two Worlds slowdown.  There was more than one instance where i thought it was going to freeze (i hate it when rumble lasts longer than it should)
* Freezes: i didn't have my first system hanging freeze until about 30 hours in - so far i'm at 3 or 4 (though i started a game off of the 4GB memory and it froze in less than an hour)
* Floors that weren't there - in the first battle of the civil war questline i had this place where the floors were gone (maybe a texture issue too).  There was visible blurring of the floor.  When i stepped on the area, i fell through the floor to the ground below (and a little below that)
* Quests that don't show up on the help map thing - there is a thing in the questlog that is supposed to show your location on the map, sometime it doesn't work (there was a merchant in Riften i spent a long time trying to find)
* Lockpicking - this may not be a glitch, but an annoyance.  Basically sometimes it will start rumbling before inserting a lock pick (usually breaking it).
* Invisible horse - sometimes the horse turns invisible (might be a texture issue) when you are riding it (especially near water).
* Marriage - was this really necessary?  Is it a glitch that my character's spouse is nowhere to be found after the ceremony?

* Floating Body - during a battle there was a city guard who fell vicitm to a dragon's wrath.  Surprisingly, his body was suspended in mid air (a good 10-20 virtual feet in the air, or at 4+ meters for the rest of the world outside the US)
* Miscellaneous quest log scroll issue - sometimes (somewhat frequently) scrolling through the miscellaneous objectives is difficult (as it keep wanting to highlight the first one).  It seems possessed at times.  i have to close the quest log and go back to it to fix it - i shouldn't have to.

Now for the portion of some of the things i dislike about the game:
* Dragons - they seem to circle in the air (kind of a pain for a melee character).  They have a habit of show up when you don't want them (too many in the game).
* Aiming - i still dislike aiming with the bow and arrow (especially with enemies off of the ground)
* Ebony Mail - this somewhat annoying armor kind of obscures things around you (especially if you are trying to use archery
* Questlog - talk about minimalistic descriptions (especially miscellaneous objectives).  Sometimes it is kind of hard to remember where person X was (or Argonian X) and find them.
* Lockpicking: the analog sticks on the 360 seem to be hit or miss - it is kind of hard finding the little changes on the analog stick.  Sometimes lockpicks rumble upon insertion (even when you don't turn the lock)
* Loading - this game excessively loads (and it load a lot).  Do you really need to load every time you go through a door?
* Daedric Quests - apparently you can chose the wrong option on some of these (i did on one so far).  That could be an annoying achievement if you miss two (then have to do it all over again).
* Annoying effects: there are times during quests where there are annoying effects (like some kind of blur).
* The 13 stones - i know they wanted to open the character up a little more, but i prefered a locked in bonus rather than an activated one.
* There really isn't much of a story in this game
* Other stuff i couldn't think of at the time.
