Pre-E3 2013: Will i Go Next Gen?

So, I have been thinking about this a little more lately.  I was not planning on going "next gen" (Xbox One, PS4).  But lately I have been more and more tempted (especially since I just got $140 for trading in some games at Gamestop, and will probably trade in some more before then).  I still have to come up with a way to get an additional $150-250 funding for it.

There are currently 3 options:

Option 1: The One (Xbox that is - yes I am going to call it the One. Sadly it would be the only "the one" in my life)  edit: $499 forget it (barring lottery win)
* Maximum Price $399.99, over that forget it.
* Curious about the games, come on MSFT give me a reason.  Currently interested in Ryse and Quantum Break (I need another 3-4 games to interest me), marginally interested in Forza 5 (but not at launch)
* I would want to get 3 games at launch
* If game price increased to $70, then I would be more skeptical.

Option 2: Sony PlayStation 4
* Price: $299.99 it would be a coin flip, over that not at all interested
* Will game price increase?
* Games: nothing announced for PS4 (exclusives) interests me so far (though I don't follow it that closely)

Option 3: No New Console
* Use Gamestop store credit to get Fable Anniversary and South Park the Stick of Truth for my Xbox 360

* Option 4: PS3 after price drop (edited to add)

At this point I would kind of like to get an Xbox One.  Yes I know their policies and the only one I really have any concern over is the 24 hour check (but I could probably live with that).  I only want to check when something changes on the system (new game/licenses, etc).  I would prefer to manually check for updates when I feel like it.  I am somewhat disappointed that TV on Xbox one is a cable box pass-through. A wireless cable box/IPTV would have been awesome (yes, I still have/watch cable).  I would not be getting Xbox Live Gold (I hate online play and generally interacting with people) unless they added something I viewed as worth it.  Hopefully stuff like TV and Free to Play games would not be locked behind a pay-wall.  I like Kinect and am curious to see the better implementation in the Kinect One.

As for the PS4, i'm not sure but somewhat disinclined.  On one hand I like JRPGs (especially turn-based), on the other hand the Xbox 360 wired controller was probably the best I've ever used (and I am not a fan of the PlayStation controllers).
